Brown beef and onion; drain excess grease.
Cook cabbage until just tender. Drain in colander.
Mix beef, onion, cabbage, cheese, salt and pepper.
Roll dough to 1/4 in thick. Cut into 5 in squares.
In middle of squares, place 2 T [heaping] of mixture. Bring all four corners together, and place seam down on sheet. Let rise for 15-30 min.
Bake at 375 degrees for 30 min, until brown. Brush with oil.
Serve hot or freeze.
