Salmon Steaks, pan fried

- 1 large skillet
Ingredients
- Tamari Teriyaki would be good as well but omit honey.
- sesame oil
- garlic, chopped
- ginger, chopped
- honey
- salmon steaks [skin on or off]
- rice, cooked
- butter
Instructions
- mix ingredients to taste. Add enough honey to balance saltiness of tamari. If using teriyaki, eliminate honey.
- marinate the salmon for 30 min.
- Caramelize onions in marinade. Put over rice.
- Pan fry the salmon in butter on med/med high heat. 4 min per side. A little pinkk is fine, as it will continue to cook after removed from pan.
