Flo's Oat Bran Muffin Mix
Servings 96 muffins
Ingredients
- 1 lb oleo butter
- 8 c bran buds
- 4 c water, boiling
- 10 eggs
- 6 c sugar reduce by 1/2
- 6 c oat bran
- 8 c flour, wheat
- 2 t salt
- 11 t baking soda [3 T plus 2 t]
- 2 qt buttermilk
Instructions
- Mix oleo, 8 c bran buds, 4 c boiling water.
- Add and beat eggs, sugar, oat bran, wheat flour, salt, baking soda, and buttermilk.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 25 min.
Notes
Very nutritious and freezes well.
