Some of us, not being well versed in fly fishing, need to do some pre-learning and come prepared to FISH!

About a 17 mile drive from the south Santa Fe I-25 exit towards ABQ. Take the Cochiti Pueblo & Lake exit; travel to Cochiti Lake Dam, turn left and follow signs to the national monument. Just before the pueblo, be sure to turn to the right–the signs are small.
A hike to the top is a little more than a mile thru a slot canyon, up through incredible volcanic rock formations.
