Wassail -- Health to You!

Ingredients
- 2 g cider sweet
- 2 lemons lemons w/ rind, pulp
- 2 oranges oranges w/ rind, pulp
- 1/2 t ground cloves
- 1/2 t nutmeg
- 2 apples baked apples
- 1 cinnamon bark cinnamon barked finely chopped
- 2 c sugar
Instructions
- Combine cider, sugar, and spices. Heat; stir to avoid boiling.
- Chop lemons and oranges into 1/2 inch pieces, including rind and pulp. Add to heated cider.
- Remove baked apple pulp from skin and put thru fine sieve to eliminate core pieces and seeds. Add to hot cider.
- Continue to slowly stir cider, spices, and fruit for 15+ min until fruit is heated and mixed.
- Serve hot. Keep leftover Wassail refrigerated.
